Description
The Zaffiri Precision threaded barrel replaces the factory barrel in a standard SIG P365 and adds 1/2×28 threads for a compensator or suppressor. Zaffiri designed it as a drop-in part for OEM slides and for its own ZPS.2, ZPS.3, Z Series and IBS P365 slides, so no fitting is expected in a factory spec gun.
Zaffiri machines the barrel in house in Largo, Florida from 416R stainless steel and finishes it in black nitride. A retailer listing describes broach cut, six groove rifling with a 1:10 left hand twist, a polished chamber and bore, and an improved feed ramp; Zaffiri’s own page keeps it to “conventional rifling compatible with a wide range of ammunition types.” A thread protector is included. The 1/2×28 pitch is the 9mm standard, so most muzzle devices thread on directly. This barrel keeps the loaded chamber indicator notch, which matters if your state requires an LCI or if you just want to keep the factory feature working.
Fitment: Zaffiri lists this barrel for the SIG P365. That is the 3.1 inch barrel slide shared by the P365, P365 SAS and P365X, but Zaffiri does not name the X or SAS on its page, so treat those as unconfirmed. It will not fit the P365 XL, X-Macro or Fuse; Zaffiri sells a separate P365XL threaded barrel.

Who should skip it
If you shoot a P365 XL, this barrel is too short for the slide; look at the Faxon straight fluted P365 XL barrel instead. If you do not care about the LCI and want a stated 1:10 right hand twist with an O-ring locked thread protector, the True Precision P365 barrel on this site is the other option at a similar length. Remember that USPSA Production and Carry Optics do not allow a muzzle device on a threaded barrel; Limited Optics, Open, PCSL and Tactical Games do.
