Pro Shop Orders
Physical products purchased through the Action Gunner Pro Shop are covered by our Returns & Exchanges policy. It sets out the return window, non-returnable items, restocking fees, and how to start a return.
California Orders (AB 1263 and SB 704)
California law adds steps to most firearm parts orders shipped into the state or sold to California residents. Here is what to expect.
Parts orders. After you place an order containing firearm parts, we send you a link to a short compliance form. It asks you to read and acknowledge a legal notice required by AB 1263, confirm you are 18 or older, upload a government photo ID, and confirm that your shipping address matches the ID. We do not ship until the form is in. Once verified, we delete your ID image and keep only the acknowledgment.
Parts orders ship UPS with Adult Signature Required, which means someone 21 or older shows ID and signs at your door. If you would rather pick up, choose a UPS Access Point on the form and show your ID there. A $10 California handling charge is added at checkout to cover the signature service.
Barrel orders. SB 704 requires barrels to be delivered in person by a California licensed firearms dealer. Give us your FFL’s name and contact details on the compliance form; we ship the barrel to the FFL, and they transfer it to you. Arranging the transfer and any FFL fee is your responsibility. Beginning July 1, 2027, the dealer also runs a firearms eligibility check before releasing the barrel.
What is not covered. Apparel, bags, targets, hearing and eye protection, cleaning supplies, tools and books ship to California with no extra steps.
Timing. If the form is not completed within 14 days we cancel the order and refund it in full.
