Description
The Warne QD X-SKEL QDXSKEL34DE is a skeletonized one-piece cantilever mount with two quick-detach levers, finished in Dark Earth. It puts a 34mm scope at what Warne calls MSR Ideal Height, 1.43 inches from rail to ring centerline, and pushes the rings forward so an LPVO sits at the right eye relief on a flat-top AR without bridging onto the handguard.
Warne machines the body from 6061-T6 aluminum and fits steel threaded inserts, so the ring screws thread into steel instead of aluminum. Warne lists it at 8.5 ounces with 0.750 inch wide rings and a 3.05 inch base, and says it clears objectives up to 72mm. Made in the USA.
Heads up: Dark Earth shades vary between manufacturers. Do not expect an exact match to an FDE scope or rifle from another brand. QD levers are for pulling the optic to clean, travel, or swap uppers, so check your zero after remounting.
