Description
The True Precision threaded barrel is a drop-in replacement for the factory 3.1 inch barrel in the SIG P365, P365 SAS and P365X, with 1/2×28 threads out front for a compensator or suppressor. True Precision built it as a direct swap: pull the factory barrel, install this one, and the pistol goes back together with no fitting. True Precision recommends an armorer or gunsmith for the install, but it is a field strip level job on a P365.
True Precision machines the barrel from USA-sourced certified 416R stainless steel and finishes it in black nitride, which hardens the surface rather than coating over it. Rifling is a proprietary broach cut, six groove, 1:10 right hand twist that True Precision states is suitable for all ammunition including cast lead. The chamber is SAAMI spec 9×19. Overall length is listed at 3.75 inches, and the barrel ships with a high heat integral O-ring lock thread protector that is meant to stay put under fire. The 1/2×28 thread is the 9mm standard, so most muzzle devices fit without an adapter.
Fitment: True Precision lists this barrel for the 3.1 inch P365, P365 SAS and P365X (3.1 inch). It will not fit the P365 XL, X-Macro or Fuse, which use longer barrels; True Precision makes separate barrels for those. One thing to know: this barrel does not retain the loaded chamber indicator cut-out, so on a P365 that has an LCI, True Precision states the LCI must be removed or shortened.
Pairs with: Faxon EXOS-525 Compensator (SIG P365 and P365 XL, 9mm, 1/2×28, Black); True Precision True-Lock Compensator (SIG P365, P365X, P365 XL, X-Macro, Fuse, 1/2×28, Black).

Who it’s for
P365, SAS and P365X owners who want to add the True Precision True-Lock compensator or a suppressor to a carry gun, and PCSL or Tactical Games shooters running a micro compact with a muzzle device.
Who should skip it
If you shoot a P365 XL, look at the Faxon straight fluted P365 XL barrel or a True Precision XL barrel instead; this 3.1 inch barrel will not fit that slide. If you want to keep a working loaded chamber indicator, the Zaffiri Precision P365 threaded barrel keeps the LCI notch and this one does not. USPSA Production and Carry Optics do not allow a threaded barrel with a device attached, so leave the thread protector on for those divisions.
