Description
The Lone Wolf AlphaWolf threaded barrel for the Glock 20 replaces the factory 10mm barrel and adds 9/16×24 threads for a suppressor or compensator. Lone Wolf built the AlphaWolf line as drop-in barrels for factory slides, and this one is fluted along the outside to shed heat and debris. It fits Gen 1 through Gen 4 G20 slides without fitting.
Lone Wolf machines it from certified, stress-relieved 416 stainless steel, heat treats it to RC 40 to 42, and then applies a salt bath nitride finish that Lone Wolf says raises surface hardness to about RC 60. The bore is button rifled with a three-stage honed finish, and Lone Wolf states it is safe with lead, plated, or jacketed bullets. Overall length is 5.20 inches, and a thread protector ships installed. One thing to know: 10mm and .40 barrels use 9/16×24 threads, not the 1/2×28 you see on 9mm, so buy a compensator or suppressor piston cut for 9/16×24. Lone Wolf also notes the nitride finish means the barrel cannot be re-chambered or re-crowned later.
Fitment: Lone Wolf lists this barrel (part AW-2010TH) for the Glock 20 Gen 1 through Gen 4. It is not listed for the Gen 5 G20, which has a different hood and lug profile. It will not fit the Glock 40 or 20L (Lone Wolf makes a longer barrel for those), the Glock 29, or the Glock 21 in .45.

Who it’s for
Glock 20 owners who want a compensator to tame full-power 10mm, suppressor shooters who need a threaded 10mm host, and PCSL or Tactical Games shooters running a 10mm Glock where a muzzle device is allowed.
Who should skip it
If you have a Gen 5 Glock 20, this barrel is not listed for it; check with Lone Wolf for a Gen 5 version. If you shoot a Glock 40 or 20L, you need Lone Wolf’s longer AW-20L10TH barrel. If you want to shoot .40 S&W through a G20, this is not a conversion barrel; it is 10mm only. In USPSA, a threaded barrel with a comp attached puts you in Limited Optics or Open, not Production or Carry Optics.
