Description
The KDG Kinect Garmin Xero C1 Mount puts your chronograph on the rifle instead of on a tripod next to it. It uses KDG’s Kinect push-button quick-detach system, so the Garmin snaps onto an M-LOK slot and comes off again with one button, no tools. The main advantage is that the chrono moves with the gun. You get velocity data from every position you shoot, not just from the bench.
The mount ships fully assembled and KDG says it is not meant to be taken apart. It fits standard M-LOK handguards and rails with wall thickness between 0.08 and 0.125 in. KDG lists it as compatible with the Garmin Xero C1 and the newer C2. Weight is 4 oz. The chronograph itself is not included. If you run a thick-walled chassis, KDG makes a separate XL version for that.
Heads up: this is the standard M-LOK version. For chassis and handguards thicker than 0.125 in., you want the Garmin XL version instead.

Who should skip it
If you only chrono at the bench, the small tripod that ships with the Xero already does the job and this adds 4 oz to the rifle. It also does nothing for a pistol or a shotgun without M-LOK, and it will not fit a rail thicker than 0.125 in.
