Description
The True Precision threaded barrel for the Ruger RXM replaces the factory barrel with a 1/2×28 threaded 416R stainless one for a compensator or suppressor. True Precision built it as a drop-in part with an optimized feed ramp and chamfers, and the install is a barrel swap during a field strip. One thing to know: True Precision states it cannot guarantee a perfect fit in every RXM because of manufacturing tolerance variation, and some pistols may need light professional fitting.
True Precision machines the barrel from USA-sourced certified 416R stainless steel and finishes it in black nitride. Rifling is a proprietary broach cut, six groove, 1:10 right hand twist, and the chamber is SAAMI spec 9×19. Overall length is 4.5 inches with the threads, which keeps it shorter than Ruger’s own 4.5 inch kit barrel plus protector. A high heat integral O-ring lock thread protector ships on the barrel. The 1/2×28 pitch is the 9mm standard, so most muzzle devices fit without an adapter. True Precision’s warranty covers defects in material and workmanship and is voided by unauthorized work or non-SAAMI ammunition.
Fitment: True Precision lists this barrel for the 3.9 inch RXM 9mm models, meaning the full size RXM. True Precision does not name the RXM Compact, so that fitment is unconfirmed. True Precision makes no claim about Glock 19 fitment even though the RXM shares some parts with the Gen 3 Glock 19, so treat this as an RXM barrel only. It uses only the barrel; the factory RXM recoil assembly stays in place.

If you would rather have a factory part with no chance of fitting, the Ruger RXM threaded barrel kit on this site is a Ruger made barrel that ships with a matched guide rod assembly. If you own the RXM Compact, neither True Precision nor Ruger lists a threaded barrel for it yet. USPSA Production and Carry Optics do not allow a threaded barrel with a device attached; Limited Optics and Open do.
