Description
The Strike Industries Billet Magazine Catch Assembly replaces the mag release button and catch on your AR-15 lower. The button is machined from 6061-T6 aluminum with deep serrations, so your trigger finger finds it and gets a positive press on a fast reload, wet or gloved. The catch itself is steel and drops in like the factory part.
It fits mil-spec AR-15 lower receivers and installs the same way as the stock catch: back the button off, swap the catch, spring, and button, and screw it down to the depth you like. In the box you get the billet magazine release button, the enhanced steel magazine catch, and a magazine catch spring, so it is a complete assembly. This is the black anodized version.

Who should skip it
If your problem is that the factory button is too small or too far away, this does not move it. A true extended or oversized mag release does that.
