Description
The Geissele SD-E is the flat bow version of the SSA-E, a two-stage match trigger with a light, crisp second stage. Geissele rates it at 2.9 to 3.8 lb total, with a 2 to 2.5 lb first stage and a 0.9 to 1.3 lb second stage. You get a defined wall after take-up, then a break that needs about a pound. That is the setup most precision shooters want on a gas gun.
It drops into any mil-spec AR-15 or AR-10 lower with standard .154 in pins. The trigger and hammer are tool steel, and it uses a full-power hammer spring so the lighter pull does not cost you ignition. The flat bow lets you pick a finger position lower on the bow for more leverage. Replacement spring kits and pins sold separately.

Who it’s for
3-Gun and multigun shooters who shoot a lot of distance rifle, DMR-style builds, and anyone who wants a two-stage that breaks clean at around 3.5 lb with a flat bow.
Who should skip it
If you shoot mostly close, fast stages, the SD-3G has a shorter pull and faster reset. If you want the same weights on an M4 curved bow, get the SSA-E, which we also carry. Duty and home defense rifles are better served by the heavier SD-C.
