Description
The True Precision threaded barrel for the P365 Fuse replaces the factory 4.3 inch barrel with a 1/2×28 threaded one so the Fuse can take a compensator or suppressor. True Precision built it as a drop-in part for the Fuse, and the install is a barrel swap during a field strip, though True Precision recommends a qualified armorer or gunsmith.
True Precision machines the barrel from USA-sourced certified 416R stainless steel and finishes it in black nitride. Rifling is a proprietary broach cut, six groove, 1:10 right hand twist that True Precision states works with all ammunition including cast lead, and the chamber is SAAMI spec 9×19. Overall length is about 4.95 inches with the threads. A high heat integral O-ring lock thread protector ships on the barrel. The 1/2×28 pitch is the 9mm standard, so the True Precision True-Lock compensator and most other devices thread on directly.
Fitment: True Precision lists this barrel for the 4.3 inch P365 Fuse 9mm models only. It will not fit the P365, P365X, SAS, XL or X-Macro, which use 3.1 or 3.7 inch barrels. One thing to know: True Precision states it is not for use with Fuse Comp slide pistols, whose slide is cut for a factory compensated barrel.

Who should skip it
If you own a Fuse Comp, True Precision says this barrel is not for that slide, so stay with the factory barrel. If your P365 is an XL, the Faxon straight fluted XL barrel on this site is the right length. USPSA Production and Carry Optics do not allow a muzzle device on a threaded barrel, so the Fuse with a comp lands in Limited Optics or Open.
