Description
The Geissele Super Precision is a one-piece AR-15 scope mount machined from a single block of 7075-T6 aluminum. This is the 34mm ring, Standard length version in black, for the growing list of 34mm tube LPVOs and mid-range scopes. The design is built around return to zero. The base spans seven Picatinny slots, four shear lugs sit in the rail slots to take recoil, and two nut-and-bolt clamps each put about 1,400 lb of clamping force on the rail, per Geissele.
Standard length places the rings about 0.63 in forward of the mount base. Rings are 0.75 in wide with 2.8 in between them, and the caps swap between towers without affecting precision. Finish is Type 3 hardcoat anodize in black. Geissele also offers this mount in Desert Dirt Color (05-417S) and in Extended and Hyper Extended lengths.
Heads up: Measure the straight tube section of your scope between the turret housing and the objective bell. Some compact 34mm LPVOs need the Extended mount to clear the 2.8 in inner ring spacing.

Who it’s for
3-Gun, multigun, and Tactical Games shooters running a 34mm LPVO such as a Vortex Razor Gen III 1-10, Nightforce ATACR 1-8, or Kahles K18i on a flat top AR-15 who want a mount that does not move.
Who should skip it
30mm tubes need the 30mm Standard (05-404B). If your eye relief is tight or you shoot with a long length of pull, the 34mm Extended (05-405B) buys you another half inch forward. Shooters who move one optic between rifles should look at a QD mount instead.
