Description
The Geissele Airborne Charging Handle is the low-profile version of the Super Charging Handle, here in Desert Dirt Color (DDC). Geissele shortened both levers to cut snag points for shooters who jump with a rifle, and the same idea works for anyone who runs a slung rifle through gear, vehicles, or barricades. The levers stay ambidextrous and dual contoured, with checkered surfaces for grip in gloves.
It is machined from a solid block of 7075-T6 aluminum with a Type 3 hardcoat anodize in DDC, a tan-brown that matches Geissele’s DDC rails and mounts. A taller fence at the rear redirects gas blowback on suppressed and short-barreled guns. It fits standard AR-15 and M4 pattern uppers and swaps in with no tools. The black version is 05-497B.
