Description
The GrovTec Heavy Duty Push Button Swivels are a pair of steel QD sling swivels with 1 in. loops, finished in black nitride. They snap into any standard push-button QD socket on a stock, receiver end plate, or M-LOK QD mount. GrovTec builds these all steel and rates its heavy duty push button swivels to hold up to 450 lb of direct force, which matters when you are hanging a loaded rifle off a sling while you shoot a pistol or climb an obstacle.
The 1 in. loop fits 1 in. webbing and works with most 1 in. and 1.25 in. slings that use a swivel attachment. This set is GrovTec’s 2025 black nitride version, which is a harder and more corrosion resistant finish than the standard black oxide. GrovTec lists them as tension and tumble tested. Bases and sockets are not included, so you need existing QD sockets on the rifle.

Who should skip it
If your sling uses 1.25 in. webbing sewn to a fixed loop, you want a 1.25 in. swivel. If you only need one swivel, GrovTec sells singles. And if you prefer a swivel with a rotation limiter built in, the Magpul QDM Sling Swivel we carry has one and this does not.
