Description
The Magpul Bipod for 1913 Picatinny Rail clamps to a standard picatinny section, so it moves between rifles with a few turns of the clamp. It weighs 11 oz, which is light for a bipod with pan and tilt, and the low, rounded housing keeps it from snagging on barricades and bags.
The legs deploy with one hand and extend from 6.8 to 10.3 inches in seven half-inch detents, released by a push button. Pan and tilt run through one knurled knob: Magpul specs 50 degrees of tilt and 40 degrees of pan, and you can lock pan at zero while keeping full tilt. The rubber feet are staggered for uneven ground, removable, and the legs accept most Atlas-pattern replacement feet if you want spikes or claws. Built from steel, mil-spec hard anodized 6061-T6 aluminum, and polymer. Made in the USA.
Fitment note: this is the picatinny version. It needs a 1913 rail section on the bottom of your handguard. If you have M-LOK slots and no rail, the Magpul Bipod for M-LOK mounts direct and sits lower.

If your handguard is M-LOK with no bottom rail, get the Magpul Bipod for M-LOK and skip the adapter height. If you shoot serious precision rifle and load hard into the bipod, a heavier Atlas or Harris with a wider stance will be more stable than this 11 oz unit.
